Each year, South Africa hosts one of the world's most famous mountain bike stage races, the Cape Epic, also known as the "Tour de France for mountain bikers". The countless, flowing single trails and endless, breathtaking landscapes in the southern Cape region contribute a lot to the success of the race. Throughout our 17-day trip, we will follow the original Cape Epic routes, moving to a new area every 2-3 days and discovering the highlights of the entire Cape region.
