Standard Operating Procedure

Paint Removal: physically hand sanding down the original paintjob of the frameset ,no chemical paint remover will be used .

-Primer: apply primer as per surface

-Paint: apply paint as per requirement

-Intermittent sanding between coats

-Apply clear coat to completely seal paint

-Polish as per surface requirements

Paint Booth: All painting is carried out in a heated, enclosed booth to ensure a flawless finish.

Warranty Terms and Conditions

Warranty: All paint jobs will be carry a 2 year warranty from fading if stored indoors !

Terms and Conditions:

Normal scratches and paint chips arising from regular wear and tear will not be included in paintwork warranty.
If paintwork is exposed to harsh chemicals , the warranty will be null and void

Frame and fork undergo a thorough quality check and are packaged for return.

- Return Shipping:

Painted frame and fork are shipped back to your address with tracking information.

- Note:

Customization of the bike frame paint may impact after-sales support for new bikes. Please consult the respective bike manufacturer for specific details.
