Q) Do you offer pick and drop service? A) This service is not available with us currently. Q) How can I pay for the service ? A) You can book your service online on our website. Q) Can I change the service package after I book ?If yes, what is the procedure? A) Sure. Kindly write to cs@sportnetwork.in or call us at 80807 54321 (Mon-Fri 10am-6pm). Q) Can I book a service on any day? A) Yes. You can book service on any day. But, you cannot book the service for the same day. The service center contacts you within 24 hours to book your service slot. Q) How do I cancel the service appointment, which I have booked? A) Kindly write to us at cs@sportnetwork.in or call us at 80807 54321 (Mon-Fri 10am-6pm). Q) What will be the final cost of the service? A) Any additional service or spares may be recommended during the bike checking at the service center the estimated cost for it will be informed to you before the service. And will be chargeable separately at the service center.
| ● Customer needs to drop off, and will collect the bike. ● As the work progresses, Technicians will contact and advise of any additional work that may be required and/or parts that may need replacing and the costs of this extra work. ● However, if you choose not to follow the recommendations, I cannot guarantee that your bicycle will work as it should. ● I accept no liability for any defects arising with the bike due to not having this work undertaken. ● Technician will complete any work on your bicycle as soon as possible and within the estimated time scales that we will provide you. However, if this is not possible due to unforeseen circumstances, I will contact you with a revised timescale. ● If additional work or extra parts are needed, I will notify you and seek your consent to continue with these changes. ● When given to a technician, any personal items left on the bicycle are left at the customer’s own risk, and I accept no liability for any loss or damage to these items. We recommend removing any such items before dropping off your bicycle unless they are part of the repair order.
